These Terms and Conditions are important and you should read them fully.


Some key conditions to be aware of include:

  • Cycliq Gift Cards are digital only and delivered by email.
  • Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
  • Gift Cards can only be redeemed at cycliq.com.au.

Without excluding your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the value of the Gift Card.

 

 

 

 

1. Definitions

 


“Gift Card” means a Cycliq digital gift card issued by Cycliq Products Pty Ltd.


“Card Balance” means the remaining unused value of a Gift Card.


“Expiry Date” means 36 months from the date the Gift Card is issued.


“Redeem” means to use the Gift Card as payment for eligible products on cycliq.com.au.


“Recipient” means the person who receives the Gift Card.


“Website” means https://www.cycliq.com.au.


“We”, “us”, “our” means Cycliq Products Pty Ltd.

“You”, “your” means the purchaser or recipient of a Gift Card.


All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

 

 

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

 


By purchasing, receiving, or using a Cycliq Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


If you give a Gift Card to another person, you should ensure the Recipient is aware of these Terms and the Expiry Date.

 

 

 

3. Purchasing Gift Cards

 


Cycliq Gift Cards are available for purchase online only at cycliq.com.au.


Gift Cards are available in the following denominations:

$50, $100, $250, $500 and $1,000.


Payment must be completed before the Gift Card is issued.

 

 

 

4. Delivery

 


Gift Cards are delivered electronically by email to the nominated Recipient at the time of purchase.


Cycliq Products Pty Ltd is not responsible for Gift Cards that are not received due to incorrect or incomplete email details provided at checkout.

 

 

 

5. Validity and Expiry

 


Cycliq Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Any unused Card Balance after the Expiry Date will be forfeited.

 

 

 

6. Redemption

 


Gift Cards can only be redeemed online at cycliq.com.au for eligible Cycliq products.


Gift Cards may be used for multiple transactions until the Card Balance is exhausted.


If the purchase price exceeds the Card Balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.


Gift Cards:

 

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards

 


Gift Cards may be redeemed during promotional periods and sales unless otherwise stated.

 

 

 

7. Refunds and Returns

 


Products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to Cycliq’s standard returns and warranty policies.


Any approved refund will be issued as a Gift Card.

 

 

 

8. Lost, Stolen or Misused Gift Cards

 


Treat Gift Cards like cash.


Lost, stolen, deleted or misused Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded, except where required by law.

 

 

 

9. Liability

 


Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.


To the extent permitted by law, Cycliq Products Pty Ltd’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the Gift Card up to the remaining Card Balance.


Cycliq Products Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising in connection with a Gift Card.

 

 

 

10. Prohibited Use

 


Gift Cards must not be resold, marketed, advertised, or used for promotional purposes without prior written consent from Cycliq Products Pty Ltd.


Gift Cards used in breach of this clause may be cancelled without refund.

 

 

 

11. Changes to Terms

 


Cycliq Products Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.


The version available on cycliq.com.au at the time of purchase will apply.
